You are our business card in the Limmattal! We are looking for a new team member for our branches in Dietikon, Schlieren, and Zurich-Altstetten.
In this role, you will be in direct and active contact with our clients. As a customer advisor, you are the first point of contact for our clientele and can deepen your consulting experience and acquire further skills.
Your Tasks – Shape More
- Advising private clients in the areas of numbers (account and card offerings), saving, investing, and retirement planning
- Accompanying clients into the digital world
- Recognizing and conveying further client needs
- Acquiring new clients, recognizing and tapping into potential
- Handling cash transactions, currency exchange, and precious metal transactions
- Managing ATMs
- Providing assistance to other teams as needed
Your Profile – Bring More
- Commercial banking apprenticeship or equivalent training
- Experience in consulting and selling financial basic products
- Enjoyment of active customer consulting
- Affinity for digital channels
- Communicative and team-oriented
- High acquisition, sales, and service orientation
- Flexibility and willingness to take on representation at other locations
