To strengthen our team, we are looking for an After-Sales Service Coordinator. You will work within a dynamic and close-knit team where collaboration and mutual support are central. This position offers a stimulating environment, flexible hours, and a key role in customer satisfaction and the smooth operation of our after-sales service activities.
After-Sales Service Coordinator 80-100%
Mission:
- Ensure telephone reception and provide professional, solution-oriented customer service
- Provide first assistance and guide customers through initial remote operations
- Handle troubleshooting requests related to our installations (HVAC, water, remote heating, refrigeration, photovoltaic, heat pumps, facility management)
- Schedule interventions of after-sales technicians as well as annual maintenance
- Perform administrative tasks related to after-sales activities
- Prepare commissioning files for installations
- Manage technical alarms of our installations and coordinate necessary interventions
- Manage multiple calendars and priorities simultaneously
Profile:
- Commercial employee CFC or equivalent training
- Interest or knowledge in heating, ventilation, sanitary, or electricity fields
- Experience in an after-sales service, call center, or similar role
- Excellent command of common IT tools (MS Office) and ease in using various ERPs (Business Central is a plus)
- Native French speaker, knowledge of German is an advantage
