The Clinic for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry is a teaching hospital of the University of Zurich and a certified training center Category A.

To strengthen our team of the Central Registration for Children and Adolescents ZAKJ, we are looking for an immediate or agreed upon start a

• Together with the Deputy Chief Physician and the Senior Psychologist, you ensure the operation of the central registration, with triage and emergency/bridging for children and adolescents (ZAKJ) professionally, administratively and economically according to institutional guidelines and goals
• You lead an interdisciplinary team with medical and psychological staff both personally and professionally
• You hire new employees, support, develop and qualify your team
• You work with the medical overall management as well as other departments of the clinic and external partners
• You contribute to the overarching development of institutional, professional and administrative topics
• You are willing to offer cross-departmental professional support if needed
• You participate in the specialist background emergency service of the Clinic for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry

• You have a specialist title in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and Psychotherapy FMH, are close to completing it or have an equivalent MEBEKO recognized qualification
• You are characterized by very good clinical skills and high social competence
• Initiative, flexibility and resilience are among your strengths
• You promote interdisciplinary work and are open to integrative therapy approaches
• You have leadership training or are willing to complete one
