Tasks:
- ensure the configuration, operational management, and technical-functional support of the MyABI/Juris IT application, providing specialist advice in the context of system modernization activities, in coordination with the Project Management and supporting the competent authorities involved in the process
- assume the role of IT manager in managing the MyABI/Juris IT application, ensuring its constant updating and development, in collaboration with the Information Systems Center, partners, and external suppliers
- ensure the installation of future MyABI/Juris updates in collaboration with the Information Systems Center;
- coordinate the professional users identified at the individual interested authorities, preparing and ensuring training for professional users and all users of the MyABI/Juris IT application, also through the preparation of a dedicated user manual
- act as a contact person for the MyABI/Juris Users Committee
- contribute to maintaining the operation of the current AGITI/Juris IT application, as long as it is in use, for the transition to the updated software
- participate in the "Justitia 4.0" project, with particular reference to the activities of the Cantonal Support Group
Requirements:
- training as a SSST or SSIG technician in electronics, computer science or related fields, or cantonal maturity (high school or cantonal commercial school) or professional maturity
- preferential qualifications include knowledge of the functioning and processes of Judicial Authorities, work experience in high-reliability plant engineering or in telecommunications, TCP/IP networks, automation or technical IT, experience in software programming and/or hardware control, and training or experience in managing and leading complex projects
- excellent language skills in Italian (spoken and written) and knowledge of a second official language (preferably German) / preferential qualifications include knowledge of German and technical English
- good knowledge of the Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) / preferential qualification is knowledge of the AGITI/Juris IT application
- proven experience in technical fields, in IT/systems or telecommunications
- good stress resistance, reliability, and a positive attitude to work both in a team and independently
- analytical, decision-making skills and the ability to think and act independently
- category B driving license
- good conduct and absence of records incompatible with the role
- Swiss citizenship
- preferential qualification is possession of higher degrees, certifications or diplomas (CAS, DAS, bachelor, technical certifications, etc.)

Employment conditions:

- working hours: 42 hours per week (for a 100% employment relationship), flexible or according to service needs
