The Assistant Trainee training program will first train you as an assistant, so that you become the right-hand person to the restaurant manager. Through this role, you carry the operational responsibility of the restaurant on a daily basis. Thanks to initial experience in team leadership, you lead teams with great dynamism. This teamwork is essential to you for success. Even in the most intense moments, you know how to keep your cool and support your colleagues, because you feel involved in the overall activity of the restaurant. You carefully care about the well-being of our guests while ensuring compliance with our high-quality standards. Field of Activity

The activities of an Assistant Trainee include:

• managing a workday at the restaurant


• supporting the team in the kitchen or at the cash register


• preparing schedules and financial statements


• managing product orders 


• setting up training for new employees
