Your contribution to the company
- Distribution of complex investment solutions focused on private markets (e.g. Private Infrastructure, Private Equity, Private Debt, real estate, etc.)
- Maintenance and follow-up of existing client relationships as the primary contact for the joint institution AXA Fondation LPP Suisse romande and other autonomous or semi-autonomous pension funds for all Asset Management related matters
- Responsible for the French-speaking part of Switzerland
- Accountability for achieving volume and revenue targets
- Participation in the design and implementation of product and distribution strategies
- Close collaboration with Asset Management specialists from the Pension and Distribution department
- Preparation of client presentations and proposals
- Preparation and presentation at internal and external events
- Handling and managing projects of strategic importance
Your skills and talents
Your skills and talents
- Degree from a university of applied sciences or university in the financial field and/or equivalent training. Specific continuing education in finance (CFA, AZEK, etc.) is an advantage
- More than 5 years of professional experience and solid knowledge in various asset classes
- Proven success in distributing complex investment solutions in the Swiss pension fund market
- Excellent knowledge of French. Very good knowledge of German and English.
- Strong network of Swiss pension funds and their investment advisors
- In-depth knowledge of financial markets and occupational pension schemes
- Developed communication skills, entrepreneurial spirit and proactive mindset, high personal motivation, practical attitude and team spirit.
