Mission :

• Promote, develop and maintain business relationships with the various project stakeholders
• Planning, organizing and coordinating large-scale and complex electrical installation sites
• Managing projects/sites that may include several Groupe E products/services
• Monitoring and managing contract amendments
• Consolidating execution plans and files with diagrams and technical details
• Ensuring the financial monitoring of projects
• Keeping up with technical developments and innovations in the activity areas and making appropriate proposals
• Training, leading and motivating employees and apprentices
• Participating in the development of the branch according to the policy defined by management.

Profile :

• We are looking for a leader with a Federal VET Diploma as an electrical installer, ideally complemented by a federal certificate as an electrical project manager in installation and security
• Several years of experience in managing electrical installation projects
• Comfortable administratively, especially in the analysis and financial monitoring of sites
• Very good knowledge of OIBT and SIA standards
• Team and collaboration result-oriented
• Entrepreneurial and naturally gifted with leadership, you are motivated by efficiency and value creation
