What is the role about?
You actively shape the development of the technical organization and develop practical process documentation for quality, communication, and projects. In addition, you ensure the implementation of the training system, maintain process landscapes, and collaborate across departments.
What tasks will you take on?
- You design and document quality-relevant processes and moderate their implementation.
- You act as an interface between engineering and management in case of quality deviations.
- You create root cause analyses and support corrective actions for quality deviations, especially for product-related deviations.
- You continuously maintain and develop the processes in our quality management system.
- Together with operations management, you ensure that the training system is lived, moderate the content, and ensure the successful execution of the training sessions.
What do we expect from you?
- You have a degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or a comparable technical education – complemented by further training in quality management.
- You bring experience in production and quality management and think process-oriented.
- You are familiar with MS Office, SAP/ERP, and understand manufacturing processes.
- You communicate confidently in German and understand technical English.
- You work analytically, structured, and have a good sense for numbers and data.
- You convince through team spirit, communication skills, and a pronounced quality awareness.
