As a painter, you ensure that our orders are executed professionally, on time, and according to uniform standards – and that our projects radiate quality that can be seen.

Your tasks

• You independently carry out painting work as part of apartment renovations.
• You select suitable materials and apply paints and coatings professionally.
• You determine additional costs for apartment changes or special requests and communicate these to residents, in cooperation with the commercial management.
• You ensure compliance with all safety regulations and guidelines to guarantee a safe working environment.
• You participate in apartment inspections and assess the painting work to be carried out.
• You are responsible for training apprentices and accompany and supervise them throughout the entire apprenticeship as a vocational trainer.

Your profile

• Completed training as a painter EFZ and several years of professional experience as a customer painter.
• Further training as a site manager in the painting trade and experience in mold treatment/fighting is an advantage.
• Organizational skills, good working methodology, and independent working style.
• Strong customer orientation and social skills in daily interaction with our residents.
• As a team player, you support your colleagues with advice and assistance.
• Good MS Office skills and experienced in handling administrative tasks.
• Very good German language skills, spoken and written.
• Category B driving license mandatory.
• Vocational trainer or willingness to obtain the diploma.
