• improving the service performance of FKB in back office or staff functions at the heart of the bank;
• further developing FKB through the development of customer-oriented products and services with the help of marketing as well as product and project management functions;
• ensuring the reputation and security of FKB through risk management, controlling, as well as compliance and legal functions.
