Skills
- Diploma in nursing or social work; knowledge of Swiss health system.

- Proficient with MS Office and excellent German communication.

Your Tasks
- Contact point and responsibility for the overall coordination of the "Assisted Living" offer at the location
- Support of the move-in and move-out process of tenants at the location
- Professional information and advice for tenants, third parties, and interested persons
- Coordination of periodic events with tenants
- Coordination and ensuring communication between the various departments of A + P, the location, and the tenants
- Organization of regular internal meetings on the topic "Assisted Living" in close cooperation with the site management
- Support in the further development of the offer and internal processes
Your Profile
- Certified nurse HF/FH or social worker (HF, CAS or similar)
- Knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system and social insurances
- Strong customer and service orientation as well as high resilience
- Very good oral and written German skills, additional languages are an advantage
- Confident handling of IT tools (MS Office)
