Your tasks with us:

• Management and organization of construction sites in road and civil engineering
• Planning, coordination, and supervision of construction projects
• Leading your teams – with respect, clarity, and motivation
• Monitoring quality, deadlines, costs, and safety
• Communication with clients, engineers, suppliers, and authorities

What you bring:

• Training as a construction supervisor or equivalent qualification
• Experience in road and civil engineering
• Sense of responsibility, initiative, and enjoyment of teamwork
• Perseverance and a sense of humor
• Driver's license category B
