• Acquisition of sales mandates
• Marketing of mandated real estate properties
• Real estate property evaluation
• Representation of Swiss Life Immopulse in the real estate sector
• Transmission of pension and mortgage business (cross-selling) 

• Can demonstrate several years of experience (minimum two years) as a real estate broker
• Very good knowledge of French, other national languages an asset
• Excellent communication skills, very good sales skills and systematic customer orientation
• High social competence, empathy and ability to work in a team
• Entrepreneurial spirit and independent, goal- and performance-oriented working style
