In our IT department at Zürcher Kantonalbank, we develop the technology of tomorrow with over 1,000 colleagues right in the heart of Zurich.
For the personnel management of two DevOps teams in the sales portfolio, we are looking for a committed, energetic, and visionary leader. The two teams consist of 15 DevOps engineers who develop and operate modern proprietary software with "state of the art" technologies in the areas of consulting services and pricing. For example, the application "BBVtouch" is intensively used daily as our flagship in customer consulting by around 1,000 customer advisors.
In this position, you will not only lead the team personnel-wise and support the employees in their development but also work together with the Release Train Engineer and the Scrum Masters as a servant leader to refine the teams' self-organization.

Your tasks
- Personnel management of around 15 employees
- Coaching and support of employees in terms of "performance & development"
- Organizational and methodological support of the team regarding the implementation of the DevOps approach
- Participation in working groups on departmental and cross-departmental topics
- Bringing in new impulses
- Visionary thinking regarding the continuous improvement of each individual employee and the entire team
Your profile
- Communication talent with negotiation skills, confident appearance, and persuasiveness
- Completed studies (university, university of applied sciences, college) in business administration, (business) informatics, or equivalent
- Several years of experience with methods in agile software development
- High self-motivation, responsibility, and social competence
- You are an empathetic, reliable, and team-oriented personality who values collective success over personal recognition
