Medical Practice Assistant EFZ or Medical Secretary

We are a lively, modern general practice. Our team consists of a total of 4 doctors, complemented by 2 senior MPAs as well as 3 MPAs and one trainee.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for you – a motivated, cheerful, and warm personality who enjoys a varied daily practice routine.

Tasks

If you are a MPA EFZ, your tasks with us would be as follows:

• Patient reception, telephone triage, appointment organization, practice correspondence
• Maintaining electronic medical records and filing incoming medical reports in our practice software (epaad)
• Practice laboratory, blood sampling, injections, vaccinations, and infusions
• Resting ECG, long-term ECG measurements, 24h blood pressure measurements, spirometry
• Wound care and dressing changes

If you are a Medical Secretary, your tasks with us would be as follows:

• Operating the practice telephone, telephone triage
• Appointment organization
• Practice correspondence
• Maintaining electronic medical records and filing incoming medical reports in our practice software (epaad)

We expect

For our team, it is important that you have good German language skills; any additional languages are of course very welcome for our daily practice routine. In addition, you should already have experience handling electronic medical records and scheduling.
