Main tasks
- Leading and coordinating cyber security incident management according to emergency plans
- Orchestrating internal teams and external partners (SoC, CSIRT) during security incidents
- Ensuring the handling of requests and escalations from external security providers
- Responsibility for triaging and forwarding reports as well as mailbox management
- Strategic development of incident management with a focus on emergency planning and reporting
- Leading Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) including analysis and use of existing CTI tools
- Deriving and implementing adjustments to cyber security systems based on analysis results
- Shaping the overall cyber security strategy as well as advising departments and collaborating with authorities
Profile
- Completed IT education (FH, university, ETH) or comparable qualification
- Further training in ICT security management (e.g., CISSP, OSCP, CAS/MAS Cyber Security)
- Several years of professional experience in the cyber security field, ideally in incident management or CTI
- In-depth knowledge of ICT governance, compliance, and standards (ISO 270xx, NIST)
- Strong communication and organizational skills, prudent and committed
- Ability to clearly present complex topics for different target groups
- High social and team competence as well as persuasiveness
- Very good German language skills (C2) as well as good English and French skills (each B2) are an advantage
