Job Description
In this versatile position, you are responsible for offer calculation, technical clarifications, and support in project management. Through close collaboration with customers, partners, and internal teams, you contribute to the successful implementation of projects.
- You actively monitor tenders, prepare offer calculations and proposals in the ERP system, and support project and key account managers with technical and administrative tasks.
- Creating specifications and requirements documents as well as technical drawings in Visio or CAD is part of your responsibilities, as well as ensuring the proper introduction of new products.
- You independently take on expansion projects, ensure compliance with all regulations, and work closely with electricians, security technicians, and other partners.
- You coordinate offer requests with subcontractors, prepare purchases, and organize logistics and shipping of project components.
- By building and maintaining your network with customers, partners, and sub-suppliers, as well as optimizing processes, you actively contribute to increasing project success.
Qualifications
Education: Completed electrical apprenticeship (IT, electrical engineering, electronics, network technology) with further training as a project manager for security systems SES, HF technician, or FH engineer.
Experience & Know-How: Experience in planning, implementation, or support of smaller systems. Industry knowledge in building and security technology. Solid knowledge in electrical engineering, electronics, network technology, and IT (Windows, Office, ERP, network technology, ideally Visio & CAD). Experience with Bosch products is an advantage.
Personality & Working Style: Economic thinking, customer orientation, and structured working method. Ability to independently plan and implement projects. Strong communication skills, teamwork, and flexibility in work deployment (sales, project support, offer calculation). High personal responsibility and resilience.
Languages: Very good German in spoken and written form, additional languages (Swiss German, French, Italian, English) are an advantage.
