Responsibilities:
Exciting tasks await you:
- Leadership, coaching, and motivation of the customer service team
- Ensuring service quality and target achievement based on KPIs
- Handling and resolving complex or escalated customer issues
- Identifying improvement potentials and optimizing service processes
- Onboarding and training new team members as well as continuous team development
- Creating reports and analyses on performance, customer feedback, and service trends
- Close collaboration with internal interfaces (Sales, IT, Logistics, Finance, HR) to ensure a smooth customer journey
Requirements:
You convince us with this profile:
- Completed commercial basic training, further education at HF/FH level is an advantage
- Several years of experience in customer service, ideally with leadership responsibility
- Solid knowledge of ERP (SAP) and CRM systems (C4C)
- Experience with KPIs, reporting, and service metrics
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- High social competence, empathy, and enjoyment in team leadership
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
- Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
