Your Tasks
- Ensuring nursing care and the well-being of our patients in the process of ventilator weaning on a small (6 beds) ward
- Ensuring care planning, organization, and nursing documentation
- Participation in the continuous development of work quality and patient satisfaction
- Promoting interdisciplinary collaboration, among others in our joint rounds, weekly cross-disciplinary weaning meetings
- Further development of work organization
- Preparation and follow-up as well as assistance with therapeutic and diagnostic measures
- Advising and instructing our patients and their relatives, as well as trainees and new employees according to a structured guidance and training concept
- Participation in training and further education
Your Profile
- Completed recognized 3-year vocational training as a health and nursing professional or nursing specialist (m/f/d)
- Professional experience in the intensive care unit or comparable is desirable
- High nursing and social competence
- Empathy and sensitivity
- Team orientation and ability to cooperate
- Patient-oriented, independent, organized, interdisciplinary, and responsible way of working
- Willingness for continuous professional development
