From property management to real estate portfolio management

In this role, you are both an architect and a doer. You not only lead the department operationally but also build the internal portfolio management from the ground up.

• Strategic development: You design and implement a modern management and portfolio management model including reporting standards and KPIs for the executive management and the board of directors.

• Portfolio control: You are responsible for medium- and long-term investment planning as well as performance analysis (return, cash flow) to sustainably increase the value of the portfolio.

• Operational management: You ensure legally compliant and economical management, conduct lease negotiations, and manage external service providers and partners.

• Project support: You accompany renovations, conversions, and new construction projects and ensure value preservation.

• Team leadership: You lead a small team both professionally and personally and develop it further in the long term.

Solution-oriented strategist with a grounded approach

We are looking for a professional who can develop effective real estate strategies but is also willing to get hands-on during the setup phase.

• Qualification: Advanced professional training in real estate, ideally MAS Real Estate Management, real estate economist, or federally certified real estate trustee.

• Experience: At least 5–10 years of solid professional experience, ideally with proven success in building portfolio structures or in real estate asset management.

• Know-how: In-depth knowledge of Swiss tenancy law as well as real estate controlling and reporting.

• IT affinity: Skilled in the introduction and use of modern real estate software (ERP) and reporting tools.

• Personality: You act as an entrepreneur within the company – assertive, with a strong flair for numbers, and communicatively confident at all hierarchy levels.

LANDI Zürichsee AG is a successful company anchored in the Zürichsee region. With around 85 employees, we operate Volg stores, LANDI shops, AGROLA gas stations, and car washes. Our real estate portfolio currently includes around 20 properties with approximately 150 rental units.

To strategically realign the growing real estate area, we are looking for a profile-oriented personality for our headquarters in Stäfa by agreement, with the prospect of joining the executive management, as Head of Real Estate (m/f/d) 80-100%.
