About the job
Your Tasks
As an experienced medical secretary or commercial employee, you are responsible for planning and coordinating sometimes complex consultation and procedure appointments. You enjoy lively telephone and personal contact with our patients, referring physicians, general practitioners, and insurance companies. Editing and sending medical reports and other administrative tasks, such as scanning documents, are part of your daily routine. At the reception, you are the first point of contact for our patients and their relatives.
Your Profile
You are a communicative personality and have completed commercial training and further education as a medical secretary. Your knowledge includes solid knowledge of medical terminology. You have very good IT skills (Microsoft 365) and master the German language in spoken and written form. In stressful times, you remain calm and always keep an overview. You would like to become part of a long-established team, are reliable, fast, precise, independent, and flexible working days are not an obstacle, then you are exactly right with us.
