Tasks

Skills
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als dipl. Pflegefachperson HF erforderlich.
- Berufserfahrung in Langzeitpflege oder Gerontopsychiatrie ist wichtig.
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie IT-Kompetenz.

For our dementia ward, we are looking for a committed personality with heart and patience to start immediately or by arrangement - as
Your demanding and varied tasks:
- You care for and accompany our residents with dementia sensitively and appreciatively in their home
- You apply your expertise purposefully and create trust and security in everyday care
- You regularly take on daily responsibility and support your colleagues in everyday care
- You actively contribute your ideas to the team and participate in the further development of the dementia ward
- You work in early and late shifts until 9:15 p.m. and promote interdisciplinary collaboration
Our requirements:
- You have completed training as a certified nursing specialist HF or an equivalent qualification recognized in Switzerland
- You bring professional experience in long-term care / gerontopsychiatry and enjoy working with elderly people
- You have experience in the application of RAI LTCF
- You are a team-oriented personality with a high sense of responsibility
- You are confident in using IT systems and have good oral and written German skills
