Carpenter with Experience on Wedge Machines
Activities
- Manufacturing of profile moldings from solid wood on our four-sided planing machines
- Close coordination with the in-house tool sharpening department
- Production according to customer specifications, 3D reference samples, or existing series profiles
- Capacity-dependent assumption of setup work and preparatory steps, especially setting up and preparing the raw material for profile processing
- Conducting quality inspections as part of quality assurance as well as subsequent fine and rework
Requirements
- Successfully completed training in the wood sector (e.g., as a carpenter, joiner, or woodworker) or several years of practical experience in the machine processing of solid wood
- Solid knowledge in the safe and professional handling of woodworking machines (wedge machines)
- Strong passion and enthusiasm for working with solid wood
- Careful, precise, and responsible working style
