- Responsibility for the operation of IT systems
- Optimization, expansion, and further development of the IT system landscape
- Support and maintenance of IT tools
- Management of the interfaces of IT systems
- Management of IT hardware
- Coordination of external IT partners
- 1st and 2nd level support
- Support and training of IT users
- Management of IT and organizational projects
What you bring with you
- Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in the IT field, ideally in an SME or production environment
- Experience with ERP systems
- Independent, solution-oriented, and service-conscious working style
- Native German speaker
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Office 365, network technologies, server administration
- French and technical English are an advantage
