To strengthen our main division for personal insurance benefits, which offers our clients high-level services in benefits management, we are looking for an Administrative Assistant, between 40 and 50%, for a fixed term of up to 4 years (within the framework of an ongoing HEG apprenticeship), to support the team in charge of vocational training and quality, based in Bern Wankdorf.
The tasks awaiting you:
- Manage the administration of the continuing vocational training platform and analyze satisfaction evaluations of our training courses.
- Provide small training sessions on IT tools and actively participate in the creation or revision of business processes.
- Establish and distribute survey listings.
- Carry out various quality controls related to benefits and update documentation and files annually.
- Organize a quality seminar for our managers.
- Create PowerPoint presentations, forms, or online surveys.
- Support the group leader in various analytical or administrative tasks.
Your profile:
- Ongoing HEG training (or equivalent) while working.
- Ideally some initial professional experience in a similar role.
- Good computer skills and knowledge of common tools.
- Native German speaker with a good level of French (min. B2) or vice versa.
