Nursing Specialist (Dipl. or FaGe) as Float Nurse Surgery 40-50%

As a float nurse, you will be deployed on delegation in two surgical inpatient wards (on the same floor). The wards focus on orthopedics/traumatology, spinal and visceral surgery.

In this newly created position, your deployment will be from Monday to Friday, from earliest 7:00 a.m. to a maximum of 12:00 p.m. We will work out the exact deployment time frame together according to your possibilities and our needs.
You work on delegation and are deployed where the nursing effort is increased or personnel resources are scarce, thus relieving the team with your professional expertise.

Start immediately or by arrangement

• Completed basic training as a nursing specialist HF/FH or as a health specialist EFZ
• Professional experience in the field of surgery
• Communicative, resilient, and high social competence in dealing with patients and team members
• High flexibility, initiative, and joy in interprofessional collaboration
• Enjoy working in different teams
