Finance Specialist (60%)
For our dedicated finance team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a precise, responsible, and service-oriented personality as Finance Specialist (60%).
In this role, you take on a central role in operational financial business, ensure smooth processes together with the Head of Finance, and continuously develop processes and systems. With your structured approach, accuracy, and strong expertise, you contribute significantly to the financial stability and further development of our organization.
Your impact with us
- Independent management of accounts receivable and accounts payable including payment transactions and dunning
- Participation in the general ledger and support with quarterly and annual financial statements
- Ensuring correct, timely, and audit-proof financial accounting
- Contact person for internal service areas
- Active participation in the ERP system (ideally Abacus) and taking on the role of super-user Analysis, optimization, and further development of financial processes, workflows, and interfaces to ensure high data quality
- Participation in digitization and automation projects in the finance area
- Project work in finance and organizational development projects focusing on operational relief and practical applicability
- Operational deputy for the Head of Finance during absence
What convinces us about you
- Completed education and training in finance and accounting (e.g., professional certificate, HF, CAS, or comparable qualification)
- Several years of professional experience in operational finance and accounting
- Very good knowledge of financial accounting and payment transactions
- Experience with ERP systems, ideally Abacus
- Strong process and interface understanding
- Very good Excel and reporting skills
- High accuracy, structured working method, and sense of responsibility
- Communicative personality with problem-solving skills and independent working style
- Very good oral and written German skills as well as the ability to communicate complex matters appropriately to the target audience
- Fixed working days: Tuesday to Thursday
