About the job

The Stiftung Alters-Pflegeheim Riedacker is located in Heimberg directly by the beautiful Buechwald with a view of a wonderful mountain panorama. In two houses, around 75 elderly and care-dependent people are offered professional, attentive care and support in a cozy living environment with enjoyable tasting. To complement our night watch team, we are looking for a Nursing Specialist FaGe or HF in Night Shift 30-40% starting May 1, 2026. You bring: • Interest and understanding for the needs of needy elderly people • Social skills, commitment, empathy, and patience • Nursing competence and joy in your area of responsibility • Knowledge in care planning and classification according to BESA is an advantage • IT user skills • Very good German language skills • Resilient, reliable, and responsible personality Your main tasks: • You support and take over the individual care and support of the residents with the support of a team colleague • Documentation of observations and progress according to BESA • You take responsibility for care and support during the night • Appropriate action in acute situations We offer you: • Varied and interesting activities in a competent team • Modern employment conditions • Independent tasks within your area of competence and room for ideas • Motivated employees If you enjoy accompanying elderly people, taking responsibility, and actively contributing, we look forward to hearing from you!
