The new St. Josef Retirement Center has a total of 78 rooms and offers professional care to nuns and external residents in five departments. Our holistic concept includes, in addition to the nursing and retirement home, a health center with internal Spitex and a department for assisted living. Kloster Ingenbohl offers around 200 employees a workplace at its headquarters.
To strengthen our dedicated nursing teams in Ingenbohl, we have created a new position.
We are looking immediately or by arrangement for an experienced, motivated, and professionally skilled specialist who brings in their expertise and sustainably shapes our quality of care.

RAI Specialist / Nursing Specialist 50% with the possibility to expand to 80-100% with additional duties as a nursing professional

Your area of responsibility
Responsibility for the timely execution of interRAI LCTF assessments
Preparation, execution, and support of internal and external audits (e.g., health insurance companies) as well as advisory activities in quality management
Training of nursing professionals, especially on interRAI LCTF, or support of the nursing management in organizing further training
Application responsibility for CareCoach and RAIsoft
Responsibility for the creation and regular review of nursing standards according to current professional knowledge as well as support of caregivers in implementation
We expect from you
Completed tertiary-level education as a certified nursing professional HF
Certification as RAI expert
Experience in quality management or willingness to further educate yourself professionally in this area
Strong ability to convey expertise appropriately to the target audience
Holistic, networked, and goal-oriented thinking and acting
Professional experience in geriatrics or gerontopsychiatry as well as joy and commitment in working with elderly people
Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
Confident handling of MS Office and common professional applications
