Intern - Gender Equality
Staff Unit for Equal Opportunities for Women and Men EKUD | 60-80% | Chur
The Staff Unit for Equal Opportunities for Women and Men is the cantonal specialist office for gender equality issues. Organizationally, it is anchored in the Department Secretariat of the Department of Education, Culture and Environmental Protection (EKUD). In this internship of at least six months, you will gain insight into the work of the staff unit and its diverse activities. The focus is on events, public relations, and participation in gender equality projects.

Your area of responsibility
- Support in organizing events
- Support in implementing gender equality projects, especially Diversity-related
- Participation in public relations: social media, website, newsletter
- Research on gender equality-related topics
- General administrative tasks
What we expect from you
- Completed vocational training, preferably with a vocational baccalaureate, or a bachelor's degree
- Interest in topics such as gender, equality, and diversity; experience in this area is desirable but not required
- Independent and results-oriented work
- Linguistic proficiency
- Outgoing, quick comprehension, versatile interests
- Knowledge of a second and possibly a third cantonal language is an advantage
