Product Manager Makeup, Beauty & Accessories Concepts 80 - 100%
In this role, you are responsible for various makeup, beauty, and accessories concepts - for private labels as well as for exclusive external brands of various partners. You further develop existing ranges, initiate new ideas and concepts, and manage the entire product lifecycle - from the initial idea to successful market launch.
THIS IS WHAT YOU CAN ACHIEVE:
- Design and optimization of market-oriented assortments, recognizing trends and translating them into attractive, economically successful product worlds
- Independent negotiations with international suppliers, preparation of sound calculations, and ensuring market-appropriate prices, quality, and timing
- Analysis of relevant KPIs such as sales, margin, and product availability, and deriving concrete measures from them
- Close collaboration with key accounts, marketing, logistics, and other internal interfaces as well as ensuring a coherent presentation at the POS
- Management and support of the entire product lifecycle and ensuring that the products meet all our quality requirements
- Professional and personnel leadership of your assistant who supports you in the back office and frees you up
THIS IS WHAT YOU BRING:
- Several years of experience in purchasing and product management, ideally in the beauty, makeup, accessories, or FMCG environment
- Completed education (HF, FH, University) in business administration, marketing, product management, procurement, or a comparable qualification
- You are passionate about beauty, makeup, and fashionable accessories - you recognize trends, understand the market, and can translate ideas into successful products
- Structured working style, economic thinking, and a good sense for numbers, margins, prices, and feasibility
- Independent working style, hands-on mentality, and the ability to drive things forward
- Confident negotiation with international partners and a constant focus on quality, costs, and timing
- Confident communication in English and enjoyment of working in an international environment
