Protection & Intervention Winterthur protects against imminent dangers and assists in emergency situations. Around 70 employees as well as about 130 militia fire brigade members and over 500 protection service personnel of the civil protection organization Winterthur and surroundings contribute to this. From April 1, 2026 or by arrangement, we are looking for a committed individual as a Facility Management Employee in the Civil Protection Technology & Logistics team. The main tasks of your activity are the independent execution of various cleaning tasks at two Protection & Intervention locations. If you have a passion for cleanliness and order, you are exactly right with us.

Your Tasks

Independent execution of regular maintenance, intensive, intermediate, and special cleaning, especially in offices, sanitary facilities, standby, meeting, and common rooms

Proper handling of cleaning equipment and materials including care, inspection, and proper storage

Independent inventory management of cleaning agents and equipment according to specifications

Regular maintenance work on cleaning agents and equipment

Participation in general building maintenance, including proper waste disposal and order in the assigned areas

Your Profile

Experience in professional cleaning or facility management

3-4 years of vocational training with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ)

Physical resilience as well as a sense of order and hygiene

Flexibility for deployment at multiple locations

Good German skills in spoken and written form
