YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Development and implementation of software solutions for application logic, configuration management tools, simulation tools, and test frameworks
- Analysis and modeling of safety logic based on railway-specific requirements and standards
- Ensuring compliance with relevant CENELEC standards (EN 50126, EN 50128/50716, EN 50129, EN 50159)
- Documentation and verification of software development steps according to normative requirements
- Support in error analysis and continuous optimization of existing software solutions
YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- Completed studies in electrical engineering, computer science, systems engineering, or comparable technical education
- Programming skills in a high-level language (e.g., Python, Java, C++)
- Experience in software development, ideally in safety-critical systems (e.g., railway technology, aviation, medical technology, automotive)
- Confident handling of configuration and requirements management systems (e.g., POLARION, DOORS, SVN, Git)
- Understanding of safety-relevant standards (EN 50126, EN 50129, EN 50716/50128) is an advantage
- Very good German skills (C1), good English skills for technical documentation and international collaboration
