Primary Level Classroom Teacher Separate Special Education (a)

As a classroom teacher at HPZS, you accompany and support our learners individually according to their developmental level. You will be supported by our classroom assistants as well as our interns.
Your tasks
- Together with a workload partner, you take on the educational responsibility for a primary level class (mixed ages) with a school and practical focus as well as complex needs.
- You independently design individual learning processes in various teaching settings.
- You write school reports and support plans according to ICF (International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health).
- You shape the collaboration with the legal guardians.
- You actively contribute to interdisciplinary cooperation with teachers, therapists, classroom assistants, as well as social pedagogues of the residential area.
Your profile
- You have training as a school special educator or the willingness to complete it, or you are a trained primary school teacher.
- You have knowledge of supported communication (e.g., Porta signs) or are willing to further educate yourself in this area.
- You have already obtained the SLRG swimming certificate.
- You appreciate working in an interdisciplinary team and contribute with joy, creativity, goal- and future-oriented to the school's development process.
- You show flexibility, responsibility, and a touch of humor in everyday work life.
