The Facility Management department of the Zurich University of the Arts (ZHdK) manages 71,000m² of usable space and 1400 rooms on the Toni-Areal campus as well as at the Gessnerallee and Ausstellungstrasse locations.
For maintenance and operations at the Toni Areal campus, we are looking for a successor starting March 1, 2026, or by arrangement:
Employee: Housekeeping, 50%
Midweek/Weekend Service
Your Tasks
- Small repairs and maintenance work
- Setting up meeting rooms/conference rooms/concert halls
- Assisting with relocations (moving, assembling, setting up furniture)
- Regular inspection of fire protection equipment
- Investigating fire and intrusion alarms
- Opening and closing rounds
Your Profile
We are looking for a reliable, responsible, and resilient individual with a basic craft or technical education or with good manual skills and technical understanding. Ideally, you already have professional experience in a similar position. You are physically fit, work independently, and have good German language skills. A service-oriented working style and good manners complete your profile.
The working days are mainly Monday to Friday from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Occasional weekend assignments are possible.
