Tasks
- Create and maintain work plans, bills of materials, and manufacturing documentation.
- Plan production orders and coordinate scheduling with production and purchasing.
- Support optimization of production processes and assist in new product introductions.
Skills
- Completed technical or commercial training with further education in production planning.
- Analytical and solution-oriented thinking with ERP system expertise.
- Proficient in MS Office and fluent in German and English.

Work preparation and planning of production orders
Scheduling and capacity coordination with production and purchasing
Delivery date determination for sales inquiries
Coordination of material requirements and availability
Technical clarifications with internal departments
Support in optimizing production processes and workflows
Participation in the introduction of new products or production methods
Documentation and maintenance of production data in the ERP system
Ensuring compliance with quality requirements and standards
Cross-departmental support in Order Management Processing
Completed technical or commercial training with further education in production planning or AVOR
Several years of professional experience in work preparation, production planning, or production control
Analytical and solution-oriented thinking
Sound knowledge of ERP systems
Confident handling of MS Office applications
Experience with SharePoint for project implementation and intranet support
Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
The position is to be filled for a fixed term from October 2025 to June 2026.
