Your Tasks

• Targeted and professional guidance of our trainees
• Coordination with practice coordination about training appointments
• Creation, design and further development of the training plan according to the new training regulations in consultation with the nursing management and the responsible nursing specialist
• Monitoring the training status
• Conducting reflection discussions with the trainees
• Preparation and implementation of the practical examination 

Your Profile

• You have successfully completed vocational training as a health and nursing professional (m/f/d), nursing specialist
• You have completed training as a health and pediatric nurse (m/f/d) for the Mother-Child Center area 
• At least two years of professional experience in nursing
• Successfully completed further training as a practical instructor (m/f/d) with experience in this activity would be desirable 
• Your high nursing and social competence as well as enjoyment in dealing with and caring for people characterize you 
• Team orientation and cooperation skills are a matter of course for you
• You have the ability to work independently, organized, interdisciplinary and sustainably as well as the willingness for continuous professional development
• A high sense of responsibility as well as pronounced communication skills
• Flexibility regarding deployment in the hospital wards
