In our Analytical Chemistry business unit (MTANA), we deal with innovative measuring devices that have an excellent reputation in the market. For our location at the global operational headquarters in Greifensee/Nänikon, we are looking for a committed Head of Assembly / Head of Assembly.
Tasks:
Further development of the assembly area into an efficient, agile, and customer-oriented organization.
Control, standardization, and continuous optimization of assembly processes to increase quality and productivity.
Implementation of lean concepts and anchoring a lean culture in assembly and material flow.
Promotion of a quality culture for sustainable reduction of customer complaints and process disruptions.
Coaching and development of the management team with a role model function for commitment and open communication.
Close cooperation with project teams to ensure manufacturability, quality, and occupational safety already in product development.
Ensuring a safe and ergonomic working environment as well as compliance with all occupational safety regulations.
Promotion of cross-departmental collaboration and knowledge exchange as well as data-based decision-making through systematic analysis of relevant key figures.
