• Responsibility, operational coordination and collaboration in the operation of various technical platforms, networks, servers, as well as the Polycom infrastructure (radio system)
• Detection and correction or bridging of faults in hardware, software, and communication components
• Ensuring security standards of the network infrastructure and SOC connections
• Defining and/or creating system backup measures and checklists
• Coordination, management, and execution of procurement
• Creating, monitoring, and concluding service and operation level agreements
• Introduction of standards, methods, and tools
• Improving installation and handover processes

• Completed apprenticeship as an IT specialist EFZ (specializing in platform development or system technology) and ideally further education at HF or FH level
• Amateur radio operator or military service as a communications, telematics, or radio reconnaissance soldier is an advantage
• Many years of proven professional experience in the above-mentioned field of activity
• Certifications in TOGAF, ITIL, CompTIA Network+, DevOps, or Scrum are an advantage
• High customer and service orientation as well as pronounced communication skills
• Friendly and team-oriented personality with a goal-oriented working style
• Good German language skills in spoken and written form
• Willingness for on-call duty 7x24h (alternating approx. every 7 weeks)
• Driver's license category B available
