Your tasks

• Psychiatric care within the framework of the care process and a patient-oriented care system
• Preparation and implementation of individual care planning / application of nursing diagnoses
• Proper management of patient documentation
• Targeted patient observation, social training, and promotion of everyday skills
• Implementation of individual and group nursing offers
• Adequate crisis intervention
• Participation in the development and implementation of the structured weekly plan
• Participation in patient meetings, case discussions, staff meetings, ward rounds, and supervisions
• Implementation of internal standards and guidelines
• Loyal and multiprofessional collaboration with the team, ward management, and management of the gerontopsychiatric center
• Consideration of operational processes taking into account quality requirements

Your profile

• A completed training in nursing (nursing assistant or a 3-year nursing training)
• A high level of social competence
• A respectful basic attitude
• Friendly, professional demeanor towards patients, their relatives or caregivers, and representatives of other institutions
• Teamwork skills, reliability, willingness to cooperate, and commitment
• Identification with the goals of the hospital
