About the job
Your area of responsibility
- Assisting in maintaining the availability and value retention of all production facilities and technical infrastructure systems
- Troubleshooting and determining their causes
- Performing preventive maintenance measures
- Ensuring and complying with quality standards, safety regulations, and legal requirements
- Optimizing plant components to increase availability
- Assisting in project teams (investment projects, process optimizations)
- Assisting in the maintenance of the spare parts warehouse and technical documentation
- Coordinating and supervising external service providers
Your profile
- Completed vocational training as a mechanic or industrial production mechanic
- Professional experience in maintenance in a production environment
- High service and cost awareness, hands-on mentality
- Willingness to work in a 2-shift system
- Forklift and aerial work platform license
- Independent, conscientious, and responsible working style and helpful team player
- IT user skills (MS Office)
- Knowledge in steam, hydraulics, and pneumatics tasks
- Knowledge in welding, drilling, milling
- Preferably fluent in French and/or English
