- Customer-oriented offer and service development for our corporate clients
- Responsibility for customer-oriented approaches in projects
- Development of value propositions and sales stories for marketing products and services
- Planning of market development and sales promotion measures
- Management of projects on strategic issues (e.g., customer retention, customer expansion, development of customer access)
- Active role as a central interface between marketing, specialist departments, and sales
Your Skills and Talents
Your Skills and Talents
- University or university of applied sciences degree with a focus on business administration / marketing or insurance studies with appropriate further training
- Solid knowledge and several years of professional experience in the insurance industry (required). Knowledge in corporate client business is an advantage.
- Experience as a project manager or business analyst
- Professional experience in customer-oriented offer and service development
- Marketing experience in the financial services industry
- Analytical thinking ability, ability to understand complex relationships and optimize processes.
- Personality with drive, excellent communication skills as well as strong conceptual and customer-oriented thinking and acting
- Very good German and English skills, additional national languages are an advantage
