Employee: Real Estate & Facility Management fixed-term (a) 60 - 80 %

• you take over responsibility as a maternity cover (6-8 months) for managing our integral facility management provider and ensure that services are delivered with high quality, efficiency, and on time
• you support the management of the Real Estate & Facility Management department and actively contribute to the further development of the area
• you prepare meaningful management presentations and decision-making bases
• you are the central contact person and interface for internal and external stakeholders

• you work independently, think along, and keep the big picture in mind
• you are team-oriented, collaborate across departments, and move confidently at interfaces
• you can express yourself fluently in German and create convincing presentations with Microsoft Teams and PowerPoint
• you have experience in real estate, facility, or project management or are in training for it and ideally are already familiar with CAFM tools
