Tasks

- Children's days from October 7-9 Implementation of holiday offerings for children from kindergarten age up to and including 4th grade together with two employees. Program design, care of the children, communication with parents. Independent implementation of play or craft stations, possibly also independent preparation of some stations upon starting the position. - Nativity play: the planned rehearsal days are 22.11./6.12./13.12.; performance 14.12. Rehearsing a nativity play with up to 25 children aged 4 to 14 together with three employees and young leaders. Expected responsibilities (changes possible): communication with parents, costumes, public relations, sound technology coordination, catering rehearsal days. Additionally, guiding the children during the theater rehearsals.
- Story tent: on 5.11./9.1./1.3. Joint preparation and implementation of the offering with the catechist. - Easter night/Easter morning service: Easter 4.4. and 5.4. Preparation of the children's offering on Saturday and morning service on Sunday with 3 employees. - Toddler celebration: Martin's Day 15.11. and Easter 4.4 Preparation and implementation of the two toddler celebrations with 3 other employees and volunteers. - Volunteer/employment project: every Tuesday afternoon you supervise a group of volunteers. Additionally, you prepare small tasks in consultation with the team that can be completed with the volunteers. What you should bring:
- You bring professional experience in working with children in groups. You have a bachelor's degree in social work/a similar qualification or are still in training.
- You have a high degree of independence, social competence, pedagogical skill, and are resilient.
