Route Staff Supervision Manager (100%)
As the Route Staff Supervision Manager, you are responsible for managing and coordinating commitments and daily supervising the training service and the dispatch group. You ensure anticipation, planning, coordination, and optimization of the personnel needs necessary for operations.
Do you recognize yourself in the following?
- You have a higher education in public transport management or an equivalent qualification
- You have proven experience in team management as well as resource planning and have received team leadership training
- You are able to adopt an overall vision, anticipate impacts, and prioritize in a complex environment
- You demonstrate excellent analytical, coordination, and communication skills with your interlocutors
- You have in-depth knowledge of the LDT/OLDT and master office and IT tools
- You master French (C1) and have intermediate knowledge of German (B2)
- You have a bus driver category DE training with OACP certification or are willing to train

- You anticipate, plan, and coordinate the personnel needs necessary for operational continuity in close collaboration with human resources and management control
- You recruit external candidates for trainee and driver positions and participate in internal recruitment in close collaboration with human resources
- You contribute to maintaining and strengthening the managerial line, supporting group and sector heads, in collaboration with human resources
- You lead and develop the Route training service to ensure that the next generation is trained in line with the expected quality of services to be provided
- You lead and develop the dispatch group ensuring compliance with the legal framework, guaranteeing operational needs while controlling financial aspects
- You participate in various department projects and lead them if required
- You perform other ancillary tasks if required
