Administrative Assistant – Fixed-Term Contract of 6 Months
Your role:
- Administrative assistance and support related to a Wealth Planning activity
- Billing and expense accounting
- Management of the client and prospect database
- Writing letters and preparing presentations and dashboards
- Coordination of meetings and travel
Your profile:
- Excellent organizational skills
- Very good command of MS Office computer tools (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel)
- Ability to identify priorities, manage them, and work under stress
- Native French speaker with a very good level of English
- Dynamism and autonomy, plus a true team spirit
