As a Senior Project Manager at BLACKROLL®, you strategically manage highly visible programs and ensure that ambitious goals turn into measurable results. You connect strategy with operational excellence and keep things together – even when it gets complex.
In this role, you are responsible for the planning, management, and successful implementation of strategic (transformation) programs – from initial conception to clean completion. You ensure reliability, quality, and measurable, sustainable added value.
You work closely with cross-functional teams, management, and external partners, ensuring clear structures, transparent communication, and a stable delivery rhythm – even in high complexity.
Your responsibilities in detail:
- Overall responsibility for complex, strategic programs and projects across all phases (planning, implementation, completion)
- Translating strategic goals into concrete project and roadmap structures
- Managing schedules, budgets, resources, scope, quality, and controlling
- Leading and coordinating interdisciplinary teams as well as external partners and service providers
- Active management of dependencies, risks, and milestones, including early derivation of countermeasures
- Moderating team- and partner-spanning meetings, workshops, and alignments
- Continuous monitoring of project goals, KPIs, costs, and impact to ensure business impact
- Preparation and presentation of results, decision bases, and recommendations for management and steering committees
- Further development, establishment, and scaling of project management standards as well as the application of agile working methods in the company
Your Profile
- You have a completed degree, e.g., in business administration, industrial engineering, or a comparable field.
- You bring at least 5 years of experience in project management, ideally in growth- or transformation-driven environments.
- You have proven success in operational management of complex projects, e.g., in the context of growth, internationalization, or business expansion.
- You have experience managing external partners and service providers, including governance and reporting structures.
- You have solid knowledge of agile working methods.
- You are confident in using project and collaboration tools such as Asana, Jira, Miro, or comparable tools.
- You think analytically and entrepreneurially and keep an overview even with complex issues.
- You work structured, solution-oriented, and implementation-strong, even under time pressure.
- You appear confident, communicate clearly, and enjoy working interdisciplinarily with different teams.
- You have very good English skills; German skills are an advantage.
