• Recommending, advising, and selling food and drinks is your passion
• Checking and settling daily receipts
• Guest service in the restaurant, at the bar
• Competent advice to guests about the offer, drinks, wines, and food as well as sales-promoting presentation

• Events: Apprenticeship kickoff, Chiefs for a Week, special SV specialist courses, apprenticeship graduation ceremony
• Salary: 1st year CHF 1,020, 2nd year CHF 1,300, 3rd year CHF 1,550
• 13th month salary
• Financial contribution to school material costs
• Working days: 42-hour week (mostly Mon - Fri in an SV staff restaurant)
