Your impact
- Managing business process and IT audit mandates in the banking sector while working closely with recognized experts to ensure the team’s success.
- Applying best practices in IT governance within financial institutions.
- Verifying the operational effectiveness of general IT controls and application controls on banking software packages (Avaloq, Finnova, T24, etc.).
- Identifying weaknesses in existing controls, assessing associated risks, and determining implications for the audit of accounts in collaboration with colleagues and superiors.
- Validating the quality of large volumes of data and exploiting them through dedicated tools (Alteryx, PowerBI, ACL, etc.) as part of audits or data analysis mandates.
- Checking compliance with regulatory requirements issued by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA) and making recommendations to remedy identified shortcomings.
- Participating in audit missions to issue an ISAE3402 type control report on behalf of banks and IT service companies.
- Actively contributing to the audit digitalization program and facilitating the digital development of processes.
- Occasionally intervening on special mandates related to IT project reviews such as vendor selection, data migration, transformation project review, and electronic archiving.
Your skills
- Holder of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business informatics, business management, or economics.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in an accounting firm and experience in auditing.
- Excellent synthesis and analytical skills.
- Deep understanding of information systems and accounting skills.
- In-depth knowledge or strong interest in the banking sector.
- Use of data analysis tools (Alteryx, PowerBI, ACL, etc.) and/or programming.
- Fluency in French and English
