Head of Sales 100% (m/f/d)
Your Tasks
- Organization and direct management of the sales field service in the German-speaking part of Switzerland (12 employees)
- Development of the strategic focus area Paint
- Implementation and achievement of budgeted sales, profit, and cost targets
- Qualification, training, and further development of the responsible personnel
- Personal acquisition and support of key customers and influencers
- Networking and involvement in association work
- Support in customer projects
- Participation in assortment and pricing design as well as work in working groups
- Collaboration in the management team (including management, sales, product management/supply chain)
- Coordination of marketing activities
Your Profile
- Bachelor in business administration or comparable further education in sales
- Several years of professional experience in sales in the bodywork industry
- German as mother tongue and French skills are an advantage
- Independent and conscientious work
- Resilient, proactive, and a pronounced team player
- High technical understanding and passion for sales
- Enjoyment of customer contact and appreciative communication
- Structured, logical methodological competence
